Their passion for quality and innovation remains unwavering, ensuring first-class service in every project.Your new roleDue to expansion, they are now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team, reporting in to the Director. Dealing with projects ranging from £400k - £2.5m.You will be responsible for and not limited to:

  • Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and financial reports.
  • Conduct cost analysis and risk management.
  • Oversee procurement processes and manage subcontractor accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial advice to project teams.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
