Senior Quantity Surveyor

Norwich

Full Time, Permanent

The Role:

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will work on tendering activities and new projects in the pipeline, with the view to leading commercial activities on a project in the region. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the pipeline of projects and would suit an experienced Senior Surveyor who has a track record of leading commercial activities on projects from £5m - £30m.

Duties:

  • Exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery
  • Working alongside the project delivery team, to ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors
  • Managing the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement
  • Being involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome
  • Manage the project commercial team

Requirements:

  • Regional / National contractor experience as the Senior Surveyor
  • Experience on projects ranging between £5m to £30m
  • Previous experience managing Quantity Surveyors on large contracts
