Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator for a well-respected independent Estate Agency in the Cambridge area.
The position offers a basic salary of up to £30,000, with a realistic OTE of up to £35,000 and mileage compensation.
Candidates must have experience in the Lettings industry, a UK driving license, and access to their own car.
Key responsibilities include conducting viewings, handling tenancy applications, and assisting with property maintenance issues.
The ideal candidate should be career-driven, a team player, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

We are currently looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our clients, a well-respected independent Estate Agency, in the Cambridge area.

For this position, our clients are offering a strong basic salary, commission structure and a varied working role as the position will be a dual role. Meaning no two days will be the same!

The successful Senior Lettings Negotiator will be offered:

Basic salary of up to £30,000
Realistic OTE of up to £35,000
Mileage
Ongoing training and support

Senior Lettings Negotiator requirements:

Experience in the Lettings industry
UK driving license
Access to own car
Career driven
Team player
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
Professional attitude

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, your role will involve:

Carry out Viewings
Occasional Valuations
Dealing with Tenancy applications
General admin
Assisting with Property Maintenance issues by liaising with Contractors, Landlords and Tenants
