Job Title - Commercial Administrator (Maternity Cover)
Salary - up to £30000 per annum, depending on experience (12 month contract)

Job Description:
Our client a large reputable social housing contractor providing maintenance and repair services to thousands of properties across the East is looking for a full time, commercial administrator to join their team starting on 21st October for 12 months maternity cover.
Key Objectives of the Role:
- Distribute works to Subcontractors working on behalf of the company.
- Administration of Subcontractor works.
- Reporting on budgets.
- Data Input
- Using CM Software
Experience and Skills required:
- Good record keeping.
- Social Housing maintenance services (Desirable).
- An awareness of H&S requirements.
- Delivering an excellent customer service.
- Interpersonal & communication skills
- Organisational skills
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
- Good written and verbal skills
- Computer literate
This is a full time role - 40 hours per week, Mon - Friday , 8.00 - 17.00hrs for 12 months maternity cover starting 21st October 2024
