The company is seeking a Property Manager for an independent Lettings Agent in the Cambridge area.
The position offers a basic salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000, along with healthcare benefits and 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
Working hours are Monday to Friday, with one Saturday morning required every four weeks.
Candidates must have prior experience as a Property Manager, possess a car (with mileage reimbursement), and maintain a professional attitude.
Key responsibilities include managing property maintenance issues, coordinating check-ins, and conducting inspections.

Working hours:

As a Property Manager, you will be required to work Monday – Friday, with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings

The successful Property Manager will be offered:

£30,000 - £35,000 Basic

To be considered for the Property Manager role you must have:

Experience as a Property Manager
Own Car (Mileage paid)
Professional attitude

As a Property Manager, your role will involve:

Dealing with Property Maintenance issues by liaising with Contractors, Landlords and Tenants
Arranging Check Ins
Carrying out Inspections
