Job Profile

Your role will revolve around overseeing residential properties and promptly addressing maintenance needs like raising rent demands and preparing client reports while ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Youll facilitate property transitions, insurance data for renewals, and seek opportunities to enhance client satisfaction. With proactive problem-solving and effective communication, youll maintain high standards in property management operations.

Duties:
  • Provide full property management services, ensuring landlords and tenants receive the highest level of support.
  • Ensure compliance with property management legislation, including EPCs, Gas Safety Certificates, Electrical Safety Certificates, and PAT Testing.
  • Organise inventories and oversee tenant check-ins.
  • Coordinate with contractors and external service providers to ensure timely and high-quality maintenance and repairs.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and provide detailed reports to landlords.
  • Prepare cost schedules based on check-out reports and assist with deposit negotiations.
  • Manage the processing of contractor payments, deposits, and landlord invoices.
  • Oversee the coordination and preparation of tenancy renewals.
  • Draft and issue notices as per landlord or tenant instructions.
  • Adhere to company standards and ensure all tasks are completed in line with operational protocols.
  • Utilise the company's CRM system to maintain an efficient workflow.

Skills & Experience:
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude, recognising and supporting colleagues.
  • Professional and articulate, accustomed to client-facing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of current property management legislation.
  • Sharp, enthusiastic, and accountable for delivering high-quality work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Access to your own vehicle.

Hours of Work:
  • Monday Friday: 9:00am 5:30pm
  • Alternate Saturdays: 9:00am 12:00pm with time off in lieu
