We are recruiting for a Graduate Property Development Manager in Cambridge.This role is site basedFull-Time / Permanent Salary: 拢30,000 - 拢35,000Own transport is essentialLots of additional company benefitsAs a Graduate Property Development Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing the development process from inception to completion. You will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of property development, including project management, financial analysis, planning, and stakeholder communication, working closely with senior colleagues to deliver successful projects.What we are looking for:o Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Geography, Property Development, Planning, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.o Prior work experience in property development, real estate, or construction is beneficial but not essential.o Familiarity with planning regulations, construction processes, and property finance is advantageous.You just be:路 Highly motivated and eager to learn路 A strong interest in real estate and property development路 Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines路 Have a proactive and flexible approach to workSkills & Competencies:路 Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse financial data, market trends, and planning requirements.路 Project Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.路 Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly.路 Teamwork: A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.路 Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.路 Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Project Support:o Assist in managing development projects, from site identification to completion and handover.o Collaborate with planners, architects, engineers, contractors, and legal teams to ensure project alignment.o Support the development of project time lines聽and monitor progress against key milestones.Feasibility Studies & Research:o Conduct market research, financial analysis, and feasibility studies to assess the viability of potential development opportunities.o Assist in creating business cases for new projects.Planning & statutory Approvals:o Assist in securing planning permissions.o Liaise with local authorities, planning consultants, and other stakeholders to obtain the necessary approvals.Stakeholder Management:o Support communication with internal and external stakeholders, including, local authorities, contractors, and customers.o Attend project meetings and help ensure clear communication among all parties involved.Budget & Financial Management:o Assist in preparing and managing development budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial reports.o Support the monitoring of costs against budgets and report potential issues to senior management.Construction:o Conduct site visits to monitor the progress of construction and ensure adherence to plans and quality standards.o Work closely with contractors and construction teams to resolve any on-site issues.Risk Management:o Identify and assess potential risks associated with projects and contribute to risk mitigation strategies.8.
