Our client, based in Cambridge, is looking for a Receptionist to join their lovely team. This is a full time role and is office based. The receptionist role is a busy and varied role. Our client prioritises staff development and wellbeing; candidates can expect plenty of training opportunities to allow them to develop and progress within our client’s company.
Responsibilities will include:
- Front of house
- Call answering
- Post handling
- Customer service
- Meeting room management
- Event hosting
Candidates will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Front of House skills
- Engaging and welcoming telephone manner
- Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
- Great communication skills - both written and spoken
- Good eye for detail and drive to complete tasks
- Previous reception experience would be advantageous but not essential.
