We are looking for a temporary receptionist who is looking for a role where every day brings a new opportunity to make a difference!

As a temporary Receptionist/Administrator, you'll be the friendly face and the efficient organiser that keeps our clients beautiful office running smoothly. This temporary role offers a fantastic salary of £13.00 per hour, making it the perfect opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.  

  • Be the welcoming ambassador of the company, greeting visitors and ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
  • Efficiently manage administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities.
  • Work alongside a diverse and talented team, supporting the Office Manager with her workload.
  • Answering the telephone, directing calls and taking messages.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with exceptional attention to detail to handle a variety of administrative tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and a demonstrated ability to learn new systems and software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and providing exceptional support to staff and visitors.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in office administration or a related field is required.
  • Attention to detail
  • Professional telephone manner.
