We are delighted to be growing our Legal division here at Eclectic Recruitment and are seeking an ambitious, driven Legal Recruitment Consultant to join our Legal team on a full time, permanent basis.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working as a Legal Recruiter or we will consider someone from the legal profession seeking a change in to recruitment.
  • A law degree would be preferable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A confident, tenacious personality
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop knowledge

Main duties will include:

  • Sourcing candidates using various platforms including our CRM, Reed, CV Library and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Developing new business and working with existing law clients
  • Building relationships
  • Formatting CVs
  • Taking full job briefs from clients
  • Writing job descriptions to advertise on our website and job boards
  • Responding to suitable applications and searching for candidates via a range of techniques
  • Providing an honest and consultative service to clients and candidates alike
  • Arranging interviews and preparing candidates beforehand
  • Negotiating job offers and managing client and candidate expectations

Salary will be dependent on experience
