We are a busy and growing recruitment partner based in Cambridge who are seeking an ambitious Managing Recruitment Consultant to lead the team and drive the business forward.
Specialising in matching top-tier talent with brilliant businesses across a variety of industries. We pride ourselves on our commitment to delivering tailored recruitment solutions, with a focus on building long-lasting relationships. The role will be office based and we are based in Swavesey.
Main duties will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs and offering effective solutions.
- Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards and advertisements.
- Conducting interviews and assessing candidate’s skills, experience, and cultural fit for client roles.
- Managing the offer process, including salary negotiations.
- Identifying new opportunities, engaging with potential clients and bringing in new business.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date record-keeping in the recruitment database and client-facing systems.
- Managing a team of consultants.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in recruitment
- Previous experience managing and driving a team of people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A goal-oriented, self-motivated approach, with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
