We are a busy and growing recruitment partner based in Cambridge who are seeking an ambitious Managing Recruitment Consultant to lead the team and drive the business forward.

Specialising in matching top-tier talent with brilliant businesses across a variety of industries. We pride ourselves on our commitment to delivering tailored recruitment solutions, with a focus on building long-lasting relationships. The role will be office based and we are based in Swavesey.

Main duties will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their recruitment needs and offering effective solutions.
  • Proactively sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards and advertisements.
  • Conducting interviews and assessing candidate’s skills, experience, and cultural fit for client roles.
  • Managing the offer process, including salary negotiations.
  • Identifying new opportunities, engaging with potential clients and bringing in new business.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date record-keeping in the recruitment database and client-facing systems.
  • Managing a team of consultants.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in recruitment
  • Previous experience managing and driving a team of people
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A goal-oriented, self-motivated approach, with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
