We are partnering with an innovative organisation based on the outskirts of Cambridge, employing around 130 people.  This role will take the lead on People Operations and recruitment.  Reporting to the Head of HR, you will form part of a supportive and proactive people team. The role is being offered on a 12-month FTC to cover a secondment in the team.Salary range - £43,000 - £49,000 depending on experience plus excellent holiday and pension contributions. You will be responsible for:
  • Managing the whole recruitment process including sourcing candidates, interviewing through to on-boarding.
  • Developing HR analytics from their HRIS 
  • Salary benchmarking
  • Managing the careers pages and employee value proposition
You will be an experienced People / HR Partner or TA Partner who has a passion for ‘hands on’ recruitment as well as generalist HR projects.   The role will start in early May, interviews week commencing April 14th.
