The Role: You will be joining our Chelmsford office, where you’ll have access to a wealth of job opportunities from day one. This is not a role with heavy sales pressure; instead, we focus on delivering exceptional service, building strong client relationships, and maintaining accountability and honesty throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full 360 Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and pre-screening candidates to onboarding them in their new roles.
- Client Engagement: Meet with both existing and potential clients, providing a consultative service and developing strong professional relationships.
- Network Building: Focus on expanding and nurturing your network of blue-collar construction professionals.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and develop relationships with your client base and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Recruitment or sales experience within the construction sector is preferred, but candidates with backgrounds in customer service or recruitment from other industries are also welcome.
- Attitude: A driven, money-motivated mindset with a commitment to working hard and pushing yourself.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential as you will be interacting with clients and candidates daily.
