We are delighted to be growing our team and are seeking an ambitious, driven Recruitment Consultant to join our legal team on a full time, permanent basis.

Main duties will include:

  • Source candidates using various platforms including our Bullhorn CRM and a range of different job boards
  • Developing new business and existing business
  • Building relationships and with existing clients
  • Formatting CVs
  • Taking full job briefs from clients
  • Writing job descriptions to advertise on our website and job boards
  • Responding to suitable applications and searching for candidates via a range of techniques
  • Providing an honest and consultative service to clients and candidates alike
  • Arranging interviews and preparing candidates beforehand
  • Negotiating job offers and managing client and candidate expectations

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous sales or office based customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A confident, tenacious personality
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop knowledge

It would be beneficial but isnt essential if the successful candidate had a background working within recruitment.
