Salary: £31,000 basic, with OTE taking your package higher

This is a true, 360 consultant role working closely with candidates and clients within the education specialism of the business.

Role:

Gain a comprehensive understanding of Randstad, our offering and the division you will operate within, in order to have valuable conversations with clients and candidates
Conduct market research, telemarketing, mailing activities and client visits in order to build and maintain a database of clients and prospects
To be proactive in taking steps to understand the competitor profile in own markets utilising this to gain competitive edge and secure talent
Utilise a variety of methods to source appropriate flex-workers/candidates and to carry out registrations,skills assessment and referencing.
Manage flex-workers/candidates by staying in regular contact whilst available, and on assignment or during their probationary period for permanent appointments.
Participate in Branch and Area meetings, take best practice principles and apply them drive results for own desk

Requirements:

Ideally (but not necessarily) educated to degree level
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target driven environment
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
