Salary: £31,000 basic, with OTE taking your package higher

This is a true, 360 consultant role working closely with candidates and clients within the education specialism of the business.

Role:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of Randstad, our offering and the division you will operate within, in order to have valuable conversations with clients and candidates
- Conduct market research, telemarketing, mailing activities and client visits in order to build and maintain a database of clients and prospects
- To be proactive in taking steps to understand the competitor profile in own markets utilising this to gain competitive edge and secure talent
- Utilise a variety of methods to source appropriate flex-workers/candidates and to carry out registrations,skills assessment and referencing.
- Manage flex-workers/candidates by staying in regular contact whilst available, and on assignment or during their probationary period for permanent appointments.
- Participate in Branch and Area meetings, take best practice principles and apply them drive results for own desk
Requirements:
- Ideally (but not necessarily) educated to degree level
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target driven environment
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
