Talent Acquisition Professional - Cambridge - Salary up to £40,000 - Hybrid (2 days in office)

Talent Acquisition professional required to join the internal recruitment team of a busy, quality driven, Cambridge based organisation. The role will be undertaken on a hybrid basis, 2 days in the office.

Main duties will include:

  • Managing the full lifecycle recruitment process, from briefing through to hire, including; headhunting, sourcing and acquiring talent via job boards and LinkedIn
  • Building strong relationships with all key internal and external stakeholders
  • Administration and management of the ATS
  • Leading and guiding interviews
  • Project planning and implementation
  • Champion the candidate journey, ensuring all applicants have a positive experience

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5+ years recruitment/talent experience either internal or agency
  • Experience building talent pools and networks
  • Previous experience of managing and maintaining an ATS
  • Confident communication and relationship building skills
