Job Title - Shift Manager
Location - Cambridge
Salary - £55,000 per annum
Shift - Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm.
TecRec are recruiting for a Shift Manager to be based at a critical site in Cambridge on a full time permanent basis, paying £55,000 per annum.
You will be responsible for leading the day engineering team while ensuring the site is running smoothly and in line with Health & Safety.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in an Lead Engineer/Supervisor/Shift Leader position and is looking to take the next step in their career.
You are required to come from a technical background (Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC) and have over 5 years experience working in Facilities, Building Services or Maintenance.
