A leading global US pharmaceutical research organisation, is seeking an exceptional individual to join their executive team as Vice President of Operations for finance, research funding, legal, digital and technology. This prestigious institution, with office sin Cambridge and London have significant operations worldwide, is at the forefront of science and research across the pharma industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in R&D environments, preferably with exposure to the charitable sector. This is crucial as you will be leading a key division that bridges the organisation's scientific research with its philanthropic initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive operational excellence across R&D functional divisions to accelerate scientific breakthroughs
  • Provide strategic support to the Chief Scientific Officer and liaise with the Scientific Advisory Board
