Bar Supervisor

Jesus College is seeking to appoint a Bar Supervisor to be responsible for the smooth and professional running of the College Bar. This is a hands-on role working directly with the Manager of the Colleges Bar/Café (known as The Roost) and the Roost team, to deliver all aspects of the Colleges bar services.

Applicants should have experience of working in bars and strong knowledge of the current licensing laws and haveexperience with bar cellar management. They should be able to lead by example, be able to work with minimum supervision and be approachable.

The successful candidate will be expected to have the flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays subject to rotas and a willingness to extend or change hours and days of work from time to time upon request and subject to operational requirements.
