Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant
- Seat guests and provide them with menus
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to the kitchen staff promptly
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set before seating new guests
- Answer guest inquiries and provide recommendations on menu items
- Upsell additional food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure the levels of the cleaning standards are met around the several fields of the restaurant
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred
- Knowledge of culinary terms and food preparation techniques is a plus
- Strong hospitality and guest service skills
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Wine Knowledge is preferred
- Past experience at working in a bar is preferred
