Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities within designated markets.

  • Manage the sales pipeline, track opportunities, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Lead presentations and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities to effectively position the companys offerings.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience working in the technology, science, or consulting industries is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential.
