After another brilliant growth year we are looking to expand our Sales Support team with an office based Sales Support Assistant. The role will be a busy role where the successful candidate will be answering incoming telephone calls from healthcare clients wishing to order products, processing incoming orders, answering questions on products from our internal sales team and deputising for our Sales Office Administrator and Sales and Tender Coordinator.

The Sales Support Assistant role will involve:
Handling incoming sales enquiries
Managing incoming enquiries inbox
Processing orders
Producing sales quotations
Providing information to support the sales process
Providing product information as required to our internal sales team
Providing support with tender submissions
Full training for the Sales Support Assistant will be provided.

A team player with proactive and flexible approach to their work
Ability to multitask effectively and prioritise work based on customer needs
Strong customer service skills and experience of working in a busy telephone based environment
