An opportunity has arisen to join a well-established, international organisation as their next Finance Project Assistant. The role has become available due to an internal promotion and within the role, you will report into the Finance Business Partner. The role also offers hybrid working arrangements. This position plays a key role within the finance team, offering the opportunity to learn and develop further. As the incoming Finance Project Assistant, you will be tasked with the following:
  • Assist with project budgeting, forecasting, and financial record-keeping
  • Support audit preparation and transaction checks
  • Maintain financial systems and ensure accurate data entry
  • Assist with reconciliations and journal entries
  • Provide support across accounts payable and receivable tasks
The ideal candidate will have strong numeracy skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work to deadlines.
