The role of aTrainee Animal Technician includes routine animal husbandry for a range of animals. This includesfeeding, handling andhealth checks. Our client offers thoroughtraining to ensure you can reach your full potential in the role and in your progression.
Your role:
- Feeding and watering
- General health checking
- Handling animals
- Cage cleaning and washing
- Recording data
- Reporting anything unusual to a Senior member of staff
What we're looking for:
- A genuine passion for working with animals - demonstrating care, welfare, and compassion
- Previous experience working with (and handling) animals
- Flexible and adaptable
