Dunbar Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Supply English Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Cambridge. This role will involve teaching Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) students, ensuring engaging and effective delivery of the English curriculum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons to KS3 and KS4 students.
- Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
- Assess, mark, and provide feedback on students' progress.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and the wider school community.
- Follow school policies and adapt teaching styles to meet individual student needs.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching English at secondary level (KS3 & KS4).
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Passionate about student development and achievement.
- Ability to engage students of varying abilities.
