REED are currently working with a highly regarded private school based around the Cambridge area, supporting them recruit a full time English Teacher to start from April to cover a maternity position. 

Key responcibilities• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons.• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.• Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a safe and productive space.• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.

Requirements• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.• A degree in English or a related field.• Experience teaching English at secondary school level.• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
