An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and passionate Maths teacher to join a high-achieving comprehensive secondary school in June/July around the Cambridge area. This temporary role offers the chance to inspire and engage students aged 11-16 in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Requirements
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Mathsteacher who meets the following criteria:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
- Mathematics at Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding procedures and commitment to student welfare.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire students.
- A passion for Maths, with a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards for Mathematics.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student learning and address any concerns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational best practices and incorporate innovative teaching methods.
