Spanish Teacher

• Annual Salary: £145 - £211 per day, depending on experience
• Location: North Cambridgeshire
• Job Type: Temporary (January to June)

We are seeking a Spanish Teacher for a secondary school in North Cambridgeshire. This temporary role is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who is keen on making a difference in the lives of students. The role involves full-time teaching, planning, marking, and participating in parents’ evenings.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Spanish lessons that cater to the needs of all students.
• Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
• Maintain discipline through well-focused teaching and through positive and productive relationships.
• Participate in departmental meetings, parents’ evenings, and whole school training events.
• Prepare students for qualifications and external examinations.
• Manage resources and teaching materials for the Spanish department.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification recognised in the UK.
• Experience teaching Spanish at secondary school level.
• Strong understanding of the Spanish curriculum and assessment frameworks.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire students.
