We are seeking a dedicated School Secretary to join our team on a temporary basis for 6 weeks. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our school's administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and capable of handling a variety of tasks in a dynamic educational environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage the front desk of the school, greeting and assisting students, parents, and visitors.
  • Handle telephone and email inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Assist in the management of the school calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain student records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with school policies.
  • Support the school administration with clerical tasks such as photocopying, filing, and organizing documents.
  • Prepare communications on behalf of the school administration, such as letters and newsletters.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with school management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
