  • Manage social media accounts, showcasing the best of the community.
  • Ensure communal areas are pristine, safe, and inviting through regular inspections.
  • Handle administrative tasks, resident queries, and tenancy documentation.
  • Collaborate with the team to drive innovation and enhance resident experiences.

Who You Are:

  • A people-person with a passion for hospitality and community building.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong communication skills.
  • Experienced in front-of-house or customer-facing roles (1-2 years).
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office and social media management.
  • Flexible and adaptable, ready to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
