You'll lead community initiatives, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure residents feel truly at home.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome residents and visitors with warmth, managing the front desk with professionalism.
- Organize and oversee community events, bringing people together to build connections.
- Support leasing strategies, ensuring high occupancy and resident satisfaction.
- Manage social media accounts, showcasing the best of the community.
- Ensure communal areas are pristine, safe, and inviting through regular inspections.
- Handle administrative tasks, resident queries, and tenancy documentation.
- Collaborate with the team to drive innovation and enhance resident experiences.
Who You Are:
- A people-person with a passion for hospitality and community building.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong communication skills.
- Experienced in front-of-house or customer-facing roles (1-2 years).
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office and social media management.
- Flexible and adaptable, ready to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
