Support Worker

Location: Cambridge (must be willing to travel)

Payrate: £11.50 ++

Working Hours: Flexible (weekends, weekdays, nights and sleep ins)

We are looking for experienced support workers, who have experience working with adults who have physical and learning disabilities, to work within a range of small, supported living homes across Cambridge.

This role will require you to have a genuine caring nature, and flexibility to ensure we are able to provide the best support to our clients.

Job Requirements:

  • At least six months of UK care experience (preferably supporting adults with learning and physical disabilities).
  • Following individual care plans.
  • Following safeguarding procedures.
  • Supporting with challenging behaviours.
  • Going into the community.
  • Providing physical and emotional support.
  • Genuine caring nature.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Ability to use your initiative and problem solve.
  •  Enhanced Child and Adult DBS.
  • Driving License (Preferable)
  • Good level of written and spoken English.
