Conrad Consulting are working with an award-winning, creative architecture practice to secure the services of a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their thriving team in Cambridge. This practice has been established for a number of decades, and due to their continuous success, can now boast multiple expanding offices across the UK.
The practice have forged a reputation for successfully delivering a varied range of projects within a range of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Residential, Conservation as well as Sport and Leisure - with sustainability at the core of everything they do.
The ideal Part 2 Architectural Assistant be able to demonstrate a number of years operating within the UK Architecture industry - ideally within the Education & Healthcare sectors.
The role will see the successful Part 2 Architectural Assistant work across all RIBA stages whilst being provided with an enthusiastic and friendly working environment within which to flourish!
Part 2 Architectural Assistant Requirements:
- RIBA Qualified Part 2 Architectural Assistant with at least 2 years UK experience
- Experience operating within Education & Healthcare sectors would be ideal
- Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations and NBS
- Fully proficient in AutoCAD & Revit
- Working knowledge of SketchUp and Adobe Create Suite is advantageous

Salary offered is likely to be between 30,000 - 33,000 depending on experience.
