Pay Rate: 26.50 per hour (Limited, via umbrella)
Hours: Full-time (5 days per week, flexible across a 7-day period)


Service Care Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to join an NHS team in Cambridgeshire. This role involves providing essential mental health support to older adults experiencing a mental health crisis within the community.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Visiting older adults in the community who are experiencing a mental health crisis.
