Family Assessment Centre
Are you a passionate and experienced Residential Manager or Social Worker looking to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families? We are working on behalf of a client who are have a new Family Assessment Centre, that offers a caring and supportive environment for parents or expectant parents in need of additional support.
Your Role
As Residential Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to children and their families. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing effective safeguarding practices
  • Providing team supervision and mentorship
  • Empowering and motivating staff to achieve best outcomes
  • Supporting and promoting family life
  • Conducting parenting assessments


Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of Level 4 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services or a formal qualification in social work
  • Proven experience working with children and families in residential settings
  • Strong parenting assessment knowledge and skills
  • Management/leadership experience or a willingness to be trained
  • A full driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes
