What you will do:

• Manage a complex caseload with a high degree of autonomy, providing expert assessment, support planning, and interventions for adults with diverse needs.
• Lead and mentor less experienced team members as a Practice Educator, fostering a culture of learning and professional development.
• Collaborate with colleagues and partner agencies to deliver integrated services that meet the needs of the community.

• Utilise an advanced understanding of social work methodologies to solve complex problems and support clients in achieving desired outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with organisational policies to ensure effective case management.
