We are working with a leading telecommunications company based in Cambridge who are looking to add a DevOps Engineer to their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position.Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the software development infrastructure
- Developing automation scripts using Python
- Collaborating with Development teams to improve software efficiency
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues within the software development pipeline
- Staying up to date with latest tools, technologies, and best practices
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with managing version control systems
- Strong Linux administration skills
- Experience with Python
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience administering VMs
- Understanding of container technology
- Experience working with JIRA
