The Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior IT Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our organization, you will leverage your expertise in Azure, Office 365, and Active Directory to design, implement, and maintain robust IT solutions for our clients. Your experience in systems design will be a valuable asset as we continue to drive innovation and deliver tailored solutions to our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced support and solutions for Azure, Office 365, and Active Directory environments.
- Design, implement, and manage IT infrastructures tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and deliver bespoke solutions.
- Assist with systems design and architecture to enhance IT strategies.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure minimal downtime for clients.
- Mentor junior team members and share your expertise to foster growth within the team.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' Proven experience with Azure, Office 365, and Active Directory.
- 1 - 2 years' working as a point of escalation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in IT environments.
- Any experience in systems design or architecture is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset with attention to detail.
