Cooper Lomaz are recruiting for a Remote UK based Developer to working with a growing business expanding its development team by several new team members. Our client products include intelligent assess management solutions that tracks, controls and manages any type of asset to give you a single view of your assets across multiple departments. The user base is across fintech, telecoms, retail, public sector and facilities management.
This is a full-time remote role for a Senior or a Software Engineer. The Software Engineer will be responsible for the development of back-end web applications and software solutions and programming, object-oriented programming (OOP) and develop software solutions with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
Key Skills
- Computer Science Degree or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development.
- Experience in Software Development.
- Django REST Framework.
- Docker deployment experience.
- Unit Testing Frameworks.
- HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Git version control
- Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills, particularly in C# and .NET frameworks.
- Experience building scalable, maintainable, and testable software solutions.
- Knowledge of software design patterns and principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Skills in cloud-native application development, Agile methodologies, DevOps, and experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP would be beneficial.
Additionally Desired Skills
- Experience using JavaScript ES6.
- Familiarity with Cloud based services such as AWS/MS Azure.
- Flutter experience.
- iOS & Android mobile application development.
- Prometheus framework & time series database experience.
- Metabase experience.
- Experience managing teams and working to deadlines and budgets.
