We are delighted to be working with this Cambridge based, global technology company. They are recruiting for a Network Software Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis with options of hybrid working.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide hands-on technical contributions across all stages of the software development process
  • Working collaboratively with cross functional teams to design and deliver software solutions
  • Integrate software with Hardware with the understanding of various hardware protocols
  • Identify and resolve technical issues collaboratively with cross-functional teams

The successful candidate will have:

  • Extensive experience coding in C within an embedded environment
  • Experience in a Linux based systems development
  • Experience of working with hardware interfaces (HW debugging of I2C, USB, SPI based interfaces)
  • Experience writing in user space application software using POSIX API’s
  • Proven ability to work cooperatively within an Agile environment
