We are delighted to be working with this Cambridge based, global technology company. They are recruiting for a Network Software Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis with options of hybrid working.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide hands-on technical contributions across all stages of the software development process
- Working collaboratively with cross functional teams to design and deliver software solutions
- Integrate software with Hardware with the understanding of various hardware protocols
- Identify and resolve technical issues collaboratively with cross-functional teams
The successful candidate will have:
- Extensive experience coding in C within an embedded environment
- Experience in a Linux based systems development
- Experience of working with hardware interfaces (HW debugging of I2C, USB, SPI based interfaces)
- Experience writing in user space application software using POSIX API’s
- Proven ability to work cooperatively within an Agile environment
