We are delighted to be working with a growing Cambridge based tech company in their search for a Software Development Team Lead to head up their frontend software team. This opportunity will be a permanent position with options of hybrid working.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Build and lead a team of frontend engineers in the development of web applications
- Work cross functionally to produce a customer focused product
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and knowledge to the team
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers and other engineers
- Ensure that solutions are scalable and secure
- Maintain high standard of frontend solutions
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar role, leading, developing, and motivating technical teams (At least 2 years)
- Proven experience producing commercial web applications
- Ability to develop customer focused, maintainable solutions
- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript and front-end frameworks (React)
- Experience with data visualisation technologies (Chart.js or D3.js)
