We are seeking a Systems Engineer experienced in high-tech areas and electro-mechanical products to join our global client as a Systems Engineer on a 9-month fixed term contract. You will work closely with a team of Engineers working on complex projects from idea through to conception.Key duties will include but are not limited to:
- Support the wider team with the product design and verification against set standards.
- Create and oversee test plans and requirements.
- Analyse system requirements and manage configuration control.
- Apply systems engineering best practices throughout the product lifecycle.
- Work with multi-disciplinary teams to define system and sub-system architecture, requirements, and interfaces.
- Drive forward System Engineering best practises.
The successful candidate will have:
- Qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant STEM field.
- Strong background within Electro-mechanical products and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of system requirements analysis, configuration control, and requirements management tools.
- Experience managing full product lifecycle.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with engineers and managers across different disciplines.
- A commitment to quality, on-time delivery, and finding creative solutions to challenges.
