Mobile Tester (Python Appium Test Automation) Cambridge to £55k

Do you have Python coding skills combined with Mobile application testing experience?

You could be joining a market leading tech company that's remote access product is used by hundreds of millions of users worldwide, working on a modern tech stack, continually learning and progressing your career in a supportive team environment.

As a Mobile Tester you will help to ensure the quality of the mobile web based client portal; you'll identify and prepare test cases, develop these scenarios with Python and Appium automated tests and expand the automated test framework with additional features to drive them. You will also investigate test failures, analyse and verify bug fixes and review code developed by other Test Engineers.

You'll join a collaborative Agile team with lots of training and career development opportunities.

Location / WFH:

There's a friendly and supportive team environment, you'll join colleagues in the Cambridge office 1-2 days a week with flexibility to work from home the rest of the week.

About You:

  • You have Python coding skills and Test Automation experience
  • You have experience with mobile testing tools, they use Appium, but you could have experience with others e.g. Espresso, Robotium, Calabash
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, are able to produce clear and concise bug reports and communicate with stakeholders
  • You have the aptitude and desire to learn, Computer Science degree would be great but not necessary if you have the right skills
