- Provide one-to-one or small group support to students aged 16-19 years with special educational needs (SEN).
- Assist in delivering tailored learning activities and interventions to help students succeed academically.
- Support students with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and other SEN.
- Help manage classroom behaviour, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create and implement personalized education plans.
- Assist with the development of students' social, communication, and independence skills.
- Previous SEN experience is essential.
- An Enhanced DBS check is required (if you do not have one, it can be arranged).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and staff.
- A compassionate, proactive approach to working with young people with diverse needs.
- Ability to support a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Part-time and Full-time positions available.
- £13 per hour
