What You'll Do:

Provide one-on-one assistance to students, ensuring their individual learning goals are met.
Collaborate with the teaching team, parents, and external professionals to develop tailored strategies for each student's progress.
Monitor and report on students' academic and social-emotional development.
Support students during outings, field trips, and extracurricular activities.

What We're Looking For:

A genuine passion for working with children and young people with special educational needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
Relevant experience or qualifications in special education (desirable but not essential).
The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
