Tradewind are on the lookout for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant for a lovely school in central Cambridge who are in need of a new SEN Team member to support within the classroom!

***SEN Teaching Assistant - Cambridge, Cambridgeshire

***September 2024 start

***£90 -£95 per day based on level of experience

***Monday - Friday Term time only

***One to one support and small group interventions

This lovely diverse school in Cambridge are on the search for a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team and support in ensuring equal access for their SEN students. With an abundance of resources, you will be able to provide exceptional one to one support for the children you work with. SLT are incredibly approachable and always there to lend an ear as Staff wellbeing is a huge priority.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide one to one support
  • Follow EHCPs and IEPs
  • Track progress of the children you work with and report back
  • Work together with teachers to create engaging learning activities
  • Cultivate a classroom atmosphere that is positive and inclusive

**Qualifications and Skills**

  • Previous experience working with SEN
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Be able to communicate effectively
  • Ability to work in a team and support others
