We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Special Education Needs (SEN) Teacher to provide exceptional education to students with special needs. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting and implementing individualized learning plans to cater to the unique needs of each student, aiding them in reaching their full potential.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Develop and implement personalized learning plans for students with special educational needs.
  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a variety of subjects.
  • Establish a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and learning.
  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to support student academic and social success.
  • Provide support and guidance to students, helping them to overcome their challenges.
  • Regularly assess and evaluate student progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet their evolving needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
  • Experience as an SEN Teacher or in a similar role within special education.
  • In-depth knowledge of special educational needs and experience with students with diverse requirements.
  • The ability to interact with students from diverse ages, backgrounds, and learning abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and support.
  • The capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to the success of students with special needs.
