About the Role :

As an integral part of the school's team, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic development of the SEN students. This will involve :

  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and understood.
  • Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to individual learning styles and needs.
  • Implementing creative and therapeutic approaches to manage behaviour and support emotional regulation.
  • Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and parents to provide a holistic and consistent approach to each child's development.

About You:

  • You are a qualified teacher holding QTS or equivalent.
