Candidates should ideally have previous fundraising experience, particularly with colleges or the University of Cambridge, though this is not mandatory.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills are essential for maximizing gifting and donation opportunities.

I am delighted to be once again partnering with one of Cambridge's prestigious College's in their search for a Development Officer to join their Alumni Relations department. Your purpose will be to develop a fundraising strategy aimed at raising funds from College alumni and the wider community.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous fundraising experience or similar and ideally you will have worked with one of the College's or the University of Cambridge previously, however this is not essential. What is key is your ability to develop relationships, your communication skills and your ability to maximise potential opportunities for gifting and donations.

The role is office based Monday to Friday.
