Brook Street are hiring for a Commercial Waste Business Support Officer on a temporary basis for six months in Waterbeach, Cambridge.
The successful candidate will play a crucial part in providing high-quality service across various tasks, including data entry, report generation, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately complete a variety of tasks such as creating reports, correspondence, presentations, and documentation.
  • Data input and system interrogation to support daily operations.
  • Communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing advice, guidance, and relevant information.
  • Managing and prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met.


Essential Skills:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to provide advice, guidance, and support to a range of audiences.
  • Knowledge and understanding of customer care to ensure high-quality service delivery.


Desired skills:

  • Previous experience in an administrative, financial, and customer support role.
