We are delighted to be working with this Cambridge based company. They are recruiting for a Senior Support Coordinator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis with options of hybrid working.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing support for staff members on bespoke in-house applications
- Resolving issues and providing training on systems
- Working closely with the IT and Operations team to maintain software
- Assisting with data management across the company
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a customer service or technical role
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to provide training and impart knowledge to employees
- Have excellent attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
